This page applies to Taxxi Passenger and Taxxi Driver accounts operated by Athenory Limited for the Taxxi service.
如何要求刪除 / How To Request Deletion
你可以使用帳號刪除申請頁提交要求：https://taxxi-account.athenory.com/delete
如網頁表格暫時不可用，請電郵 [email protected] 或 WhatsApp 65382835，並註明你要刪除 Taxxi 乘客或 Taxxi Driver 司機帳號。
You may submit a deletion request at the account-deletion request page above. If the form is temporarily unavailable, contact Taxxi support by email or WhatsApp and state whether the request is for a Taxxi Passenger or Taxxi Driver account.
需要提供的資料 / Required Details
- 帳號類型：乘客或司機。
- 註冊電話號碼、姓名及可聯絡方式。
- 如適用，提供註冊電郵或補充說明，方便核對身份及帳戶狀態。
- Account type: passenger or driver.
- Registered phone number, name, and contact method.
- If applicable, provide registered email or extra context so Taxxi can verify the request and account state.
刪除及保留範圍 / Deletion And Retention
刪除帳戶不代表所有記錄即時硬刪除：與行程、財務、安全、爭議或法律義務有關的記錄可在有需要期間受限制地保留，並與日常帳戶使用分隔。
Account deletion does not mean every record is immediately hard-deleted. Trip, finance, safety, dispute or legally required records may be retained with restricted access for as long as needed and separated from ordinary account use.
可刪除的帳戶資料會在完成身份核對及必要安全檢查後刪除或去識別化；行程、財務、安全、爭議、防止濫用、 備份或法律義務相關記錄，可能按需要以受限制權限保留。
Deletable account data is deleted or de-identified after identity verification and required safety checks. Trip, finance, safety, dispute, abuse-prevention, backup, or legally required records may be retained with restricted access where needed.
