Taxxi Driver 條款 / Driver Terms

1) 司機資格 / Driver Eligibility

Taxxi 現時及計劃服務範圍只服務香港持牌的士及已核實持牌的士司機，不提供私家車網約服務。

司機須提供真實身份、有效的士駕駛資格及獲准使用的持牌的士資料；資料過期、懷疑欺詐或安全風險可令接單權限暫停。

Drivers must provide true identity, valid taxi driving eligibility, and licensed taxi information they are allowed to use. Expired information, suspected fraud, or safety risks may suspend order-access permission.

2) 公平接單 / Fair Driver-Choice Hall

已核實且手頭沒有進行中訂單的司機，可在接單大堂自願選擇可接的訂單；全部合資格司機平等顯示，不設優先帳戶或系統強制派單。

A verified driver with no active order may voluntarily choose any still-available order shown in the driver hall. Eligible drivers are treated equally, with no priority accounts or forced assignment.

接單後至訂單完結或取消前，司機不可同時接另一張訂單。

After accepting an order, the driver must not accept another order until the current order is completed or cancelled.

3) 車資、付款及結算 / Fare, Payment And Settlement

最終車資以的士咪錶顯示銀碼，加上法律准許的附加費為準；司機輸入銀碼，乘客核對後付款。如銀碼有異議，乘客可要求司機重新輸入，系統不會以路線估算強制定價。

司機須按法定咪錶及准許附加費收取車資，並在 App 如實輸入；乘客提出銀碼不正確時，應核對後重新輸入。

Drivers must charge according to the lawful taximeter fare and permitted surcharges, and enter the amount truthfully in the app. If the passenger says the amount is incorrect, the driver should check and re-enter it.

4) 安全、資料及帳戶 / Safety, Data And Account

如有即時人身危險或真正緊急事故，用戶應自行直接致電 999；Taxxi App 不設代撥 999 按鈕。一般安全問題或事後跟進可聯絡 Taxxi 支援。

為提供行程及支援服務，所需資料可能向獲配對的乘客或司機顯示，或由託管、地圖、通知、支付、文件審核及客服等受委託服務供應商按指示處理；亦可能因法律、安全或爭議處理要求而披露。Taxxi 不會出售個人資料或交由第三方自行作營銷用途。

刪除帳戶不代表所有記錄即時硬刪除：與行程、財務、安全、爭議或法律義務有關的記錄可在有需要期間受限制地保留，並與日常帳戶使用分隔。
