Taxxi 付款及結算披露 / Payment and Settlement Disclosure

1) 車資確認 / Fare Confirmation

最終車資以的士咪錶顯示銀碼，加上法律准許的附加費為準；司機輸入銀碼，乘客核對後付款。如銀碼有異議，乘客可要求司機重新輸入，系統不會以路線估算強制定價。

The final fare is the taximeter amount plus legally permitted surcharges. The driver enters it and the passenger checks it before payment; the passenger may request re-entry instead of being forced to accept a route estimate.

付款失敗、逾時或狀態不明時，系統不應假裝付款成功或行程已完成；須保留待核實狀態供重試或跟進。

When payment fails, times out, or has an unclear status, the system must not pretend that payment succeeded or that the trip is complete. It must keep the status for verification, retry, or follow-up.

2) 現時付款邊界 / Current Payment Boundary

現金／線下付款可由司機與乘客按實際車資完成及確認。任何電子支付方式只可在伺服器明確提供且通過付款狀態核實時顯示。

Cash or offline payment may be completed and confirmed by the driver and passenger based on the actual fare. Any electronic payment method may be shown only when the server explicitly provides it and the payment state has been verified.

3) 帳目、退款及結算 / Accounting, Refund And Settlement

帳目、待結算或已結算標籤只可反映有證據支持的帳目狀態；不等同可提款餘額、銀行存款或供應商已實際派款。

退款及爭議必須有訂單、付款供應商及帳目證據；現時不能因後台按鈕或介面標籤而聲稱已移動款項。

Accounting, pending-settlement, or settled labels may reflect only accounting states supported by evidence. They are not withdrawable balance, bank deposits, or proof that a provider payout has actually happened.

Refunds and disputes must be supported by order, payment-provider, and accounting evidence. A back-office button or interface label must not be used to claim that money has moved.
