Taxxi 服務條款 / Terms of Service

1) 服務範圍 / Service Scope

Taxxi 現時及計劃服務範圍只服務香港持牌的士及已核實持牌的士司機，不提供私家車網約服務。

Taxxi is intended only for licensed Hong Kong taxis and verified licensed taxi drivers; it does not provide private-car ride-hailing.

Taxxi 是提供叫車請求、行程資訊及支援工具的技術平台；實際載客服務由持牌的士司機提供。現時公開服務採用現金／線下付款，Taxxi 不代乘客持有儲值款項。

Taxxi is a technology platform for ride requests, trip information, and support tools. The actual transport service is provided by licensed taxi drivers. Current public service uses cash or offline payment, and Taxxi does not hold stored value for passengers.

2) 帳戶及接單 / Accounts And Driver Choice

用戶須提供準確資料及合法使用服務；司機須通過牌照、身份及車輛審核才可接單。

Users must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Drivers must pass licence, identity, and vehicle review before accepting orders.

已核實且手頭沒有進行中訂單的司機，可在接單大堂自願選擇可接的訂單；全部合資格司機平等顯示，不設優先帳戶或系統強制派單。

A verified driver with no active order may voluntarily choose any still-available order shown in the driver hall. Eligible drivers are treated equally, with no priority accounts or forced assignment.

不得冒用他人身份、干擾服務、繞過安全控制、提交虛假行程或利用平台進行欺詐。Taxxi 可在調查安全、身份、牌照或濫用風險期間限制帳戶，並保留覆核及申訴記錄。

Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, bypass safety controls, submit fake trips, or use the platform for fraud. Taxxi may restrict accounts while reviewing safety, identity, licence, or abuse risks, and may keep review and appeal records.

3) 車資及付款 / Fare And Payment

最終車資以的士咪錶顯示銀碼，加上法律准許的附加費為準；司機輸入銀碼，乘客核對後付款。如銀碼有異議，乘客可要求司機重新輸入，系統不會以路線估算強制定價。

The final fare is the taximeter amount plus legally permitted surcharges. The driver enters it and the passenger checks it before payment; the passenger may request re-entry instead of being forced to accept a route estimate.

4) 安全、私隱及刪除 / Safety, Privacy And Deletion

如有即時人身危險或真正緊急事故，用戶應自行直接致電 999；Taxxi App 不設代撥 999 按鈕。一般安全問題或事後跟進可聯絡 Taxxi 支援。

為提供行程及支援服務，所需資料可能向獲配對的乘客或司機顯示，或由託管、地圖、通知、支付、文件審核及客服等受委託服務供應商按指示處理；亦可能因法律、安全或爭議處理要求而披露。Taxxi 不會出售個人資料或交由第三方自行作營銷用途。

刪除帳戶不代表所有記錄即時硬刪除：與行程、財務、安全、爭議或法律義務有關的記錄可在有需要期間受限制地保留，並與日常帳戶使用分隔。
